What data the Solfy site processes.
Controller
The data controller is the author of Solfy, Magdalena Kapustka: magdalena.kapustka@gmail.com.
What is processed
The site needs no account, has no forms and stores no personal data. The hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (IP address, time, browser) for security and operation of the service.
Microphone and voice recordings
The Voice studio and singing exercises use the microphone only inside your browser. Audio is analysed on the device and recordings are stored in the browser’s storage (IndexedDB) on this device. Nothing is sent to a server or third parties. You can delete recordings at any time in the Voice studio.
Analytics
I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not track visitors across sites; I only see aggregate numbers.
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies. After clicking a partner shop link, the shop may set its own cookies for affiliate accounting, as described in its privacy policy.
Your rights
You may contact the controller by e-mail about your data and have the right of access, rectification, erasure and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
